I have another 'no' challenge this month, and one that is going to be super hard. This month I will be giving up complaining. How? I literally do not know.
Since we are so hardwired to complain, it's basically seen as normal! It's the little things like, I didn't get enough sleep or I am so busy or I don't have any time. I am hoping this challenge will enable me to find more ways to be grateful. I also hope to inspire others to quit complaining too. Let's face it, no one likes to hear someone moaning - its boring!
After thinking about trying this challenge, I found the inspiration on Headspace and decided to go for it. The plan is to see how long I can go without complaining. If I fall into a trap I will start again, with the intention that each time I will go longer and longer without complaining. I am so ready to give up this bad habit.
